Thanks to Jeff and his crew for a fantastic job replacing the hvac and matching carrier unit at our condominium! He provided many good advice on how to make sure the new unit is protected properly from potential condensation line overflow . Couldn’t be happier!

Otech is the best! I’ve been using this company for more than 10 years at both of my properties. At one of them, they even replaced my water heater. They are always professional, reliable, and provide excellent service. I highly recommend Otech!

We have been using OTECH Plumbing & HVAC for many years and have always been satisfied with their work. Most recently, we needed help with a clogged toilet at my parents’ place, and they were able to schedule the repair promptly. Communication was clear, the technician arrived in the expected window, completed the repair, tested everything, and made sure there were no leaks. The price was reasonable, and the whole process was straightforward. OTECH has consistently been responsive, professional, and easy to work with. I would definitely use them again.

Used them to replace my water heater and add an expansion tank. Pricing was fair. Came in lower than another quote I got. Crew was friendly and got the job done.

Had one issue after the install where I'd randomly hear a knocking sound when the water turned on. Turns out the expansion tank had been mounted a little too close to the floor above and was making contact. They came back, repositioned it, and that was that

Response times could be a little faster but nothing that'd stop me from calling them again. Would recommend.

When my water heater died, I contacted Jeff at OTech for help. I’d used OTech before and had no issues, so called them again. I’d been wanting to shift to a more efficient water heater and Jeff helped me research various options, sending me links to units, with his recommendations based on hot water output, ease of maintenance, cost to operate, and installation costs. I went with a tankless system with a circulating pump to speed hot water to the faucets. Jeff’s crew was prompt, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and kept their work area clean. At the same time, my garbage disposal went out and Jeff’s crew came back to install a new one, waiving the service call and labor costs and only charging for the disposal unit itself. I’ve been happy with the results and can recommend OTech without reservation.
